Don't let this blue face scare you. They are a gentle species.

It’s an easy recipe;  you can try it at home.  Apply face paint, a bald cap, and a black turtleneck.  Be silent.  Interact with humans for best results.

This is the simple formula that has allowed the Blue Man Group to conduct one of the most successful and inventive social psychology experiments in the world of theater consistently for nearly two decades.  There’s no tinfoil, let alone CGI, but when the Blue Men get into costume, they become aliens, and through their eyes, we are able to see the strangeness of our own world. Cyanmania: noun;  The crazed feeling one experiences after witnessing a truly spectacular performance by the Blue Man Group.

It is rare experience to leave a show speechless, wanting more, wishing you could be BLUE.  In fact, cyanmania only occurs after seeing a Blue Man Group performance.  You never know what you’re going to get yourself into the moment  you purchase a theater ticket in this city.  My usual rule is buyer beware!  But be assured, complete with many laughs, great live music, and multimedia theatrics, the Blue Man Group is the eighth wonder of the world.
